Asif is a chartered accountant by profession and leading development and corporate sector professional with more than 20 years of experience working with World Bank, USAID, DFID, and a wide range of corporate sector firms. He possesses strong expertise in designing and managing Quantitate Evaluations, Impact Assessment, Value for Money, Multipliers Effect and Return on Investment. He also specialises in value chain analysis of various critical energy commodities.
SHAHID KARIM
Costmap Advisory is led by Shahid Karim, an accomplished procurement and commercial leader with more than 20 years’ experience, mainly across the entire hydrocarbon value chain.
He is skilled in all aspects of commercial, procurement & supply chain management. He has a demonstrated track record in negotiating high value gas sales agreement (GSPAs), concession agreements (PCAs), leading M&A initiatives, global supply contracts, designing and implementing complex commercial strategies, global strategy development and implementation, organisational transformation projects, cost reduction initiatives and organisational decluttering.
He has worked in global super majors including British Petroleum (BP) and Polish National Oil Company ((PGNiG) in senior leadership roles across a variety of places including London, Islamabad, Aberdeen, Karachi and Baku, Azerbaijan.
NADEEM NISAR
Over 24 years procurement experience in manufacturing, real estate and REDD+ contracts. A World Bank certified professional, his competencies include supplier prequalification and relationship management, gap analysis, identification of areas of cost reduction and cost avoidance, optimization and development of procurement process.
MUHAMMAD SHOAIB KHAN
Muhammad Shoaib Khan is an MBA in Supply Chain Management with over 15 years of procurement experience in diversified local & global sourcing exposure in Energy, Automotive and Oil & Gas sectors, specializing in supplier relationship & life cycle management, big data analysis, business process reengineering and internal controls.
MUDASSER ALI KHAN
Mudasser Ali Khan is a seasoned professional and certified trainer in Procurement & Supply Chain having a diversified experience of over 17 years in state-of-the-art FMCG, Textile and Oil Marketing companies. Graduated as MBA in Supply Chain, he is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS (USA), Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) from ISCEA (USA) and also a holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain from IBA, Karachi. He is currently a PhD Scholar in Supply Chain Business Management at Iobm, Karachi.
Mudasser has also attained number of international certifications including CPPP, TTT, DILT, CMILT, DSCM. He is also a consultant, researcher and an independent evaluator, mentor & facilitator in the field of Procurement and Supply Chain.
